BEERS, LA LAGUNA

Cristina se declara fan incondicional, para toda la vida, de Beers. Y creo que muchos de vosotros también, jajajaja. Cuando hace unos días fui a cenar con unos amigos a este nuevo local de La Laguna y subí un par de fotos a Instagram todos quisisteis saber sobre este lugar. Así que, si este post se está escribiendo (y vosotros lo estáis leyendo), es porque así lo habéis querido... o sea, que no digais nada de la mala calidad de la imágenes, ¡fue todo muy improvisado! jejeje =)

Cristina is declared unconditional fan, for a lifetime, of Beers. And I think many of you too, hahaha. When, a few days ago, I went to dinner with some friends at this new bar in La Laguna and I published a few pics on Instagram, ye were willing know about this place. So, if this post is being written (and you're reading it), is because that is what you wanted... ie that don't say anything about the poor quality of the pictures, it was all very improvised! hehe =)

El local abrió el pasado 21 de junio, en el casco histórico de San Cristóbal de La Laguna. Beers, tal y como su propio nombre indica, se especializa - principalmente - en las cervezas importadas, no se cuántas habrán exactamente, pero yo perdí la cuenta. Por supuesto también tienen de todo tipo de bebidas, aunque para mi su fuerte está sin lugar a dudas en las hamburguesas. Pero bueno, os cuento qué fue lo que pedimos: empezamos con el almogrote y el pan... Bueno, empezaron ellos, porque el queso y yo no nos llevamos muy bien, jajaja. El segundo entrante fue una tabla alemana de salchichas y papas panaderas, ¡riquísimo!.

The restaurant opened last June 21, in the old town of San Cristobal de La Laguna. Beers, as its name suggests, specializes - especially - in imported beers. I don't know how many beers they had, but I lost counting them. Of course we also have all kinds of drinks but, for me, his strength is - without a doubt - in the burgers. Well, I'll tell you what it was that ordered: we start with almogrote (typical canary food) and bread... Well, they started, cause the cheese isn't my best friend. The 2nd entree was a German table of sausages and potatoes-bakers, so yummy!.

Y como plato fuerte, ¡y tan fuerte! Las tan ansiadas hamburguesas. 200gr de carne (o más diría yo) con un pan de espelta que estaba para chuparse los dedos, los cubiertos, las servilletas y si me apuras hasta la propia carta en sí. Mi sobrepeso me avala cuando os confieso que es la mejor hamburguesa que he probado en toda mi vida, y eso que yo pedí la "sencilla" (pan+pollo+salsa+ensalada), no quiero ni imaginar cómo estaban las de mis amigos... Bueno, juzguen ustedes mismos:

And as a main dish. The much desired burgers. 200g of meat (or more, I would say) with spelled bread which was delicious. My overweight endorses me when I confess that it's the best burger I've had in my entire life, and that I ordered the "simple" (bread + sauce + chicken + salad), I cannot even imagine how were those of my friends... Well, judge for yourself:
